What happens at 100%?
You switch to economy mode with a lighter AI model — you can keep working, just with simpler responses. To get back to full power, you can buy a credit top-up pack directly from the add-in, or upgrade your plan.
Are unused credits carried over?
No, they are reset each month.
Can I buy additional credits?
Yes! You can buy credit top-up packs directly from the add-in: Pack S (250 credits, €10), Pack M (750 credits, €25), or Pack L (1,800 credits, €50). Your first purchase gets a 35% Starter discount. Purchased credits never expire and are kept across monthly resets.
Is the =ELYX.AI() Excel function affected?
No, it remains accessible without credit deduction.
